⚠️ Avoid Paxton Apartments – Not Worth It This has been one of the most frustrating stays we’ve had. From the start, there was no transparency about the security deposit, which is only refunded 2 days later. They also don’t process refunds on Sundays — which is the day we check out — leaving us stuck waiting for money we weren’t prepared to have held. The service is far below what you’d expect from a “luxury” apartment: - No housekeeping on weekends - When we requested extra towels, we were told to wash and reuse our own towels - However, the laundromat was not working due to electricity issues, making that impossible The apartment itself had multiple problems: - Ongoing electricity outages - Plugs not working - No aircon or fan - Cold water in the shower - Washing machine and microwave not working - Generator running in the early hours of the morning — extremely loud and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep - Very tight parking - Someone trying to access our room at 10am without proper notice On top of that, the customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful throughout. We now feel stuck because cancelling would result in further financial loss. 🚫 This place is not as advertised. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.
