extremely dissatisfied

The place was untidy, and we had traveled all the way from Swartruggens. We raised our concerns with the owner, but instead of addressing them, they told us to request a refund through Booking.com if we weren’t happy. There was no attempt to accommodate us or make things right. I’m extremely disappointed, especially considering the money I spent—this is completely unacceptable. Please see the attached screenshot as proof.

The beautiful views

The bathroom shower door was not closing properly and continuously opened whilst in the shower. Main light in master bedroom did not work

I was disappointed when I asked to postpone my trip I was rejected. I was recovering from two emergency operation and was getting wound care and was worried about infection yet 4he was no compassion that was sad. Considerations should have been given to me so I was forced to go on the holiday so I don't waste my money.

The place was stunning beauty but I confined to the room because of my operation. I didn't even walk to the pool or the rivers

No cleaners, no toilet papers and we wash with cold water

Poor drainage in shower..bathroom floor flooded..no dstv or satellite TV. More activities should be available in complex

I liked the environment too much. Security guards were friendly.Beds very comfortable.Lovely bathroom.

I did not like that we had to wait for the following morning to get a reply for our query. Started calling 21:30 got the reply 06:06 just because the host is at the" concert ".
