Spectacular Sea View Apartment 257 Eden on The Bay, Blouberg, Cape Town

Easy access to shops and restaurants, the apartment is really nice and close to the beach. Great value for money

Everything! I don’t often rate a property as a 10. This apartment was perfect, clean, comfortable, modern and very close to the beach and amenities. The view was gorgeous and the chairs and couch were super comfortable.

Kitchen cutlery is scanty. Also, missed some small chopping knives.

Apartment had a modern interior design. Beds were comfortable and top quality bedding was provided. The bathrooms were fitted with the most modern finishes. Top quality towels were provided as well. The kitchen was modern and fully fitted for all types of cooking. Management (Ian) was extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything and were easily reachable via whatsapp. The car park was underground and very safe. The entire apartment complex felt safe at all times.

We all loved our stay at 257 Eden on the Bay. The only thing that was not very pleasant was that the electricity was run by a meter that had to be recharged. The company provided 500 units but the use of the heater used up the units unusally fast and it cost around R150 a day to recharge. Our stay was in August, the winter month that is very cold. Other than this, everything was excellent and I will definitely book again to stay at this comlex. Thank you Ian and David.

The location is brilliant with everything like beach and restaurants, shops etc all at your doorstep

Cleanliness was not ideal at all Pillows need to be replaced Crockery was chipped and upgrades in kitchen equipment is in need of serious upgrade! Paint and mirrors and lights old too - lamp shades where Brocken and dirty It was winter and freezing cold but every time you used the heater provided it would trip the electricity or the main box in the cupboard would start beeping. Dining room chairs also in need of a serious deep clean The photos that advertise the decor etc are not the same as what you get when you arrive.

The house was clean and beautiful sea view. We enjoyed our stay

Apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. David was great! The location is fantastic. You have the beach, restaurants, a supermarket, shared workspace and much more right there. Overall a great place and location and would happily stay there again.
