Was bit cold through out the stay fan heater was not sufficient.

No Backup power to switch tv on. The main couch needs to be replaced

A nice and cosy apartment in a superb location.

The place was very nice and all amenities nearby. It was child friendly and very comfortable. Top class

It was a bit cold and the small heater was not that effective. The loadshedding was highly disruptive but at least there was back up for the wifi which the kids loved.

Location. Walking distance to Blouberg Beach Beds were comfortable. Apartment was secure. Pick N Pay grocery store in the same building - convenient. Wide variety of restaurants and bars on the ground floor. Parking in the undercover parkade.

Prepaid Electricity and a fair usage policy which meant aircons switched off and could not be used, fans were provided instead, geyser needs to be switched on and off as and when needed. All plugs in apartment switched off except the main kitchen so could not charge phones next to beds and lamps did not work. Could not use the WiFi as router name was incorrect on the arrival document. Quite unsafe with vagrants hovering around the ground floor so difficult to go to the bottom of the mixed use complex at night to eat or shop. Must be done during the day. Parking for apartment 257 was problematic as specific parking bay allocated was difficult to park into as a result of the adjacent parking bays having long term vehicles parked in a incorrect manner. Had to park in the General Parking area which was not secure. Ants in the kitchen meant could not leave any food on the kitchen counters for more than a few minutes. Cannot see sunset or sunrise from the apartment.Noisy at night with ventilation noise which could keep you up the whole night.

There were many great options at this location to purchase food to bring back to the property or to buy at a restaurant and every one was within walking distance.

The only issue we had with the property was getting used to the load shedding of power in South Africa. Other than that we had an amazing time and this was a location we would return to in an instant.

Everything from apartment to the spectacular views..easy access to shopping and public transport.

The noise in car park from balcony and master bedroom at night from the patrons exiting the restaurant and bar...maybe a guard should be assigned there restricting them from loud laughs and noise when returning to their vehicles so this does not disturb the residents or guests like us holidaying.
