Spectacular Sea View Apartment 257 Eden on The Bay, Blouberg, Cape Town

Location is amazing! Very spacious! Wifi speed is great.

The apartment becomes extremely hot and because there is no proper ventilation or air-con. The fan given in the bedroom doesn’t do much against the sun. Have to open the windows and balcony door for some ventilation, but sometimes the wind is strong and then it blows everything away and makes it dusty. Overpriced for what you get. If it wasn’t for the location I would score it low. No cleaning service or anything special done compared to other airbnb/booking.com places out there. Location makes the place.

Location was amazing, easy access to shops, beach and restaurant. House was beautiful and clean. Amazing venue. Will definately be going back. Lovely sea view.

Few maintenance issues like the air cons were not working and the shower flooded but otherwise great and maintenance was very quick to respond.

The view from the apartment was amazing, and the apartment itself is beautiful.

The kitchen cutlery is dated and not fully equipped.

The location and presentation is where we like to be however you can’t sleep

The details failed to mention the generator for the whole complex is above the flat, as such slept is impossible- it is not the bathroom extractor as the management company will tell tourists and it’s not only at load shedding times. Once I raised my concerns I was threatened with the police and told to move out then told they knew where I lived - abusive behaviour in my view.

Great location

A few appliances just need a service or good clean. No gas for the braai.
