False advertising. They claim to serve breakfast but they didn’t. Owner is super avoidant. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Place was very nice. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Diane, the host are very friendly and warm.

Breakfast was not included, but I was happy with that - have a Protein Shake for breakfast and am vegetarian

The hostess and her family made me feel very welcome, the apartment was cleaned every day and clean towels etc supplid every day. I was made to feel very welcome - they also kindly offered me a lift to the shopping Mall - great distances in Worcester and I did not have transport - walked a lot, but as I was in Central Worcester the town itself had more than sufficient to offer. My only complaint was that some of the furnishings needed refreshing/bit of an annual spring clean due?? But otherwise the important thing was that I was made to feel welcome, comfortable and safe - lot of poverty in Worcester - unfortunately part of the times.

Having the use of a full apartment with secure parking was exactly what we needed. There were thoughtful additional touches added to the apartment and our stay which made a lovely impression and helped us feel very welcome.

The owner was friendly.

The property was NOT matching any of the description. Front door lock broken. Gate lock tricky to operate. Lamp switch broken Chair seats loose, dirty seat cushion & table. Bathroom doors dirty Garden unkept & NOT direct access from the room. No indication that flat is upstairs. Pool empty & NOT in use- no communication about this& it was main reason along with garden view for booking Very noisy street
