Host was not available to greet us and spouse did not know about our booking,Took a while to obtain the keys.Told to unlock a gate and park. Host did not bother to assist us in unlocking various gates.The flat had no view and was noisy as it faced a busy road.Photos showed green lawns and a pool.Not what we had.Hostess happened to see me and asked if all ok,but didnt bother to come and greet us.The next morning we had no idea what to do with the keys.Bathroom needs attention
