Good location and full facilities like home

The room was big enough. Location is fine, but you need to have motorbike to get around. Otherwise there is not much things to do. Peronel was good, helpful and no issue here.

Well, expected a bit more from this apartment. The room we had trully need some maintenance. sofa - really old, and not comfy at all. springs inside do not work anymore. bathroom - the sink really? everytime you use the water, you spill it around - design issue. We had a cloth dryer on our balcony, unfortunately, broken. So better take the rest and broken peaces out of the room completely. If the room is well maintained, the there would be no complains at all. Just the fact that is used, not repaired...

We stayed here for a week with our 7-year-old son and our 2-year-old daughter. Quiet area and child-friendly with swimming pool and gym. Very sweet and nice staff. If we have the opportunity, we will be happy to return.

Big apartment with separate rooms. Main advantage for us was washing machine and separate room to dry out clean clothes. There is also kitchen but almost nothing in it. The staff at reception was extremely helpful and organized for us small boat tour with english guide.

The room with washing machine does need more patience during cleaning.

Nothing - except beds were on the firmer side

I booked a 4 bed-rooms apartment and it's totally worth the money, the apartment is huge, 10 people can also comfortably stay in the apartment as it has sofa beds and the beds are large as well. The location is not too far from the center, I like it because it's quite at night. I will book this place for the next time when I re-visit Hue.

One small thing is that the apartment doesn't have the air conditioner remote for each room, but it wasn't a big deal.
