Really friendly and helpful staff, quiet area, upgraded to an apartment instead of a studio free of charge, spacious, washing machine

location was out a bit but grab taxis were easy to get and cheap too, no lift and apartment was up on third floor, no hand towel, kitchen could have been cleaner

SUPER AMAZING N BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY I had a wonderful experience in Amy Apartment. Awesome! People are really friendly, kind and helpful. They will help you figure out where you should visit, what you should do, and try the local foods. Beisdes, I booked and joined the City Deluxe Tour and Bach Ma Mountain tour, and you know I gain a lot of knowledge of not only Hue Imperial city-Nguyen's Dynasty but also Vietnam country and I got the extremely interesting and fantastic in Bach Ma Mountain tour. Appreciate you guys Amy Apartment recommended the tours to me. :) I wanna say thank you to everyone in Amy Apartment who made my trip unforgettable. Hope to see you guys again. Cheers,
