last night was a little noisy

Never stayed.

We never stayed at the property. They tried to tell us that we had booked at the wrong location. Apparently they have a few or quite a few in Huề. We are sure we did not book at this property and if we did, it is because the reservation system for them is messed up. We had to scramble to find a better place because this hotel is in the middle of a dead zone and – there is nothing around. For all this inconvenience, we had the privilege of paying them for one night that we never used.

The staff were lovely, kind and extremely helpful. Informed me of all the attractions in the area. Sadly I didn’t get her name but one lady helped me sort out a problem with the transport I had booked when leaving. So I would like to say a very big thankyou to her.

Being on the top floor with no lift is a pain. Maybe they could look at ages of guest. I walked miles around Hue as I love to walk but arriving back at the apartment to so many stairs was not the best.

Not much except we get to have 5 rooms within 2 connected apartments. Had kitchen, washer, living room + TV.

No lift to 3rd floor, not suitable if you have heavy luggage or are older. The staircase is narrow. The condition of the unit is old (peeling wallpaper, not so clean unit). There were also no tissue or bathmat available to us. Location is a few km to city centre so u will need taxi or transport to get to town.

Friendly and very supportive staff, lovely and cozy place for groups. Will comeback soon :)

Bedroom was clean. Bathroom was clean. Room was spacious. Wi-Fi internet connection was approximately 20mbs. A comfortable stay. A bit away from central Hue, but it’s a great value. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I stayed here for only one night, but honestly, the staff left an amazing impression. They were really nice and helpful people who genuinely care about their guests. The apartment is beautiful as well. For me feeling home is the most important, and the staff makes you feel home 100%. Thanks for the guy in the reception the day I came, lovely person.
