We have had the best stay of anywhere we have been lately. Simon and Sara are absolutely fabulous hosts and nothing is to much trouble. And the homemade shortbread is to die for. Karen and Mick.

"A house to stay in indefinitely."

Everything was absolutely perfect. Simon and Sara are not only an incredibly friendly, helpful and funny couple but also keep the house neat and tidy, well stocked with great food and make you feel as welcome as family. The breakfast options and also presentation is on par with a high-end restaurant, the helpful little titbits about the various places to visit and even some honest opinions about things you can miss out on just gave us the best experience on the Isle of Skye. We would highly recommend Achalochan House to anyone who relishes a warm house, friendly hosts and a culinary experience.

Nothing comes to mind that wasn't 10/10!

Nos gustó todo del alojamiento, cada uno de los detalles de la casa, la comodidad de sus habitaciones, la cercanía y amabilidad de Sara y Simon, los magníficos desayunos que preparaban con tanto cariño, la ruta que nos recomendaron por los alrededores, las vistas increíbles desde la casa…. Todo de ensueño.

No cambiaría nada. Todo es excelente

Wonderful warm welcome from hosts Simon & Sarah. Home from home experience and their breakfasts are simply world class! First time I have ever had a tot of whisky and home made shortbread as a start to any stay!

If you want to explore the Isle of Skye, the location is perfect. We appreciated blackout curtains. I would prefer longer range for check-in. Owners are just perfect. Home made breakfast were very tasty - thank you.

Sehr nette Gastgeber die sich intensiv um uns gekümmert haben. Wir haben zahlreiche Ausflug Tipps bekommen und ein sehr sehr leckeres Frühstück. Sollten wir nochmal nach Schottland kommen werden wir definitiv wieder hier vorbeikommen

One of the best places we've ever stayed at. Highlight of our holiday. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. We would love to visit again. Food choices and attention to detail were exceptional. Made us feel at home.
