The entire apartment, from the the location to the hosts and the amenities, was fantastic.

The outside stairway to gain access to the property - a slight problem for me due to my disability - but well worth the effort once access was gained

We stayed here as a family during our recent trip, and it could not have been a better choice. The accommodation was spotless, with every room kept to an excellent standard of cleanliness, which made it easy for all of us to feel comfortable and relaxed. What stood out most for the whole family was the breakfast. Each morning we were served a freshly prepared meal that was not only delicious but also felt thoughtfully made, with great attention to quality and detail. It was a real highlight of our stay and set us up perfectly for the day ahead. As a family travelling together, we truly appreciated both the welcoming atmosphere and the high standard of care. We highly recommend this place!

Achalochan house is in the absolute perfect location to explore Skye! The property is stunning with incredible views. The self catering unit was the best we have stayed in! Extremely comfortable and has everything you need to cook breakfast and dinner. I can’t say enough about the hosts Simon and Sara! They are the most warm and welcoming people and made us feel instantly at home! They can tell you what restaurants to go to and if you have a rainy day they have plenty of options for you to enjoy! We can’t wait to come back!!

Het was gewoon super van de ontvangst tot vertrek. De eigenaars stonden altijd klaar voor ons. 's morgens hadden we een prive chef die het ontbijt a la minuut klaar maakt , we kregen steeds meerder keuze voor ons ontbijt. Ze gaven zeer goede informatie voor het avond eten en uitstap mogelijkheden. Ze namen steeds de tijd om een gesprek aan te gaan . Het waren super dagen

We had only two days on the isle of skye, and Achalochan house was the perfect stay. Except for having a lovely family suite with a complete bathroom equipped with all the necessities. The best thing at our stay were the hosts, i don't believe we ever had such perfect hosts attending to our needs and showing us the best places that we can go and see and which especially the kids would enjoy, and cooking the most delicious of breakfast as per our liking. Thank you so much Sara and Simon :)
