Baia da Luz - Great Light apartment

Really spacious, comfortable apartment. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool areas are fantastic for smallies and my children loved the toys in the apartment too.

The location was very good. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We loved our spacious terrace. Good swimming pools. We liked that they were heated.

Better mattresses maybe. Blankets or better duvets as cold at night. Would have liked shower gel and shampoo provided.

Size of accommodation.

Hotel owners and rental company had not communicated with each other that we were coming so we had to pay for alternative accommodation for the first night before it was sorted the next day. Very stressful.

Nice spacious apartment. Great location and facilities.

We stayed for 10 days and had no cleaning or linen changed during that time which I thought was poor considering the price. We also ran out of basics which I felt should be supplied such as soap and toilet roll

Great location in a beautiful town, close to the beach with it's own beautiful pool. Excellent value for money.

Clutching at straws, the walls are quite thin and you can hear some noise from the next door apartments but really overall it was excellent.

Location was ok.

The actual condition and cleanliness of the whole apartment. We have stayed at the same complex many times and this was the only time we have had a reason to complain.
