Cosmoia Cave House

Excellent location in Oia. There are plenty of hotels in Oia with amazing views outside. This is one of them.

Maybe due to the design of a cave house experience, shower water may seep out into the room if you use it long enough.

The house is well managed. The property gives you easy access to the caldera and is centrally located. The manager of the property Elizabeth is one of the best people we have worked with. She is very caring, takes very good care of the guests and makes sure to answer questions, phone calls very promptly. She has great knowledge of the island and all the things you can do on the island.

Recommend to add a microwave in the kitchen and a shower curtain in the bathrooms.

Everything about our stay was perfect. There were two of us couples. Elizabeth was a spectacular host. Every need of ours was promptly met. We highly recommend this to any and all. Santorini is magical!!

Amazing location and amenities. It was great to be able to watch the sunset from your own hot tub without battling the crowds in Oía. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh juice. And paying the extra to be picked up from the airport and dropped off at the end of our stay made everything so easy.

The location is the center of Oia downtown.

It could be a little over crowded at evening when you walk through the pathway to the property.

We loved this place!!! Perfect location, just beside the blue domes yet it was still very private. Very good and filling breakfast, complete with Mains, bread, and juice. The apartment is fully equipped, and our daughter loved the jacuzzi! And Elisabeth was such a good host, arranged everything for us including the Catamaran cruise. It was a perfect holiday for us, very relaxing, and will definitely book again. I just wish we stayed much longer ❤️

Access to the sea for swimming is a bit of a hike down 220 steps and then a navigation over a rocky area
