Cosmoia Cave House

Elizabeth, the manager of the property are exceptional! She is super friendly, welcoming, and communication is easy with great hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure our family's stay in Santorini is memorable and amazing. Elizabeth deserve a raise! Elizabeth reached out for our arrival information, and offered great price for pick up service from and to the port (Oia is at least 30 min from port with no traffic). She also recommend activities and restaurants around Oia prior to our arrival, and offered to help with reservations for us. Pick up was easy from port with her warm welcoming, and her partner helped carry luggages to the property when we arrive in Oia. The cave house is clean with full amenities (internet, electric stove, water boiler, fridge, plates, utensils, towels) and a jacuzzi in the front. There are two bedroom, two bathroom, and two living room (one inside of of the room). The location is great with privacy with a front door acting as a gate, blocking off tourist passing by the street while you're in the jacuzzi. It's close to the main street with a convenient store within walking distance from the parking lot, and you will also have a breathtaking view from your front yard. The beautiful sunset viewing point that people came to Oia for is also extremely close, which is less than 3 minutes walk from the house. Oia wasn't crazy crowded since we came right before peak season (end of March), which is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Elizabeth offered transportation services to location if she can make it to her schedule, which is phenomenal because buses and taxis are limited on the island. I was going to look for a taxi after a late dinner in Fira instead of having her come out of the way, but she still offered to come at 9:30pm to take our group back to Oia (which is great, because taxi was also harder to find when we were there in March possibly due to off-peak season). Loved the location and the view. We had very good service from Mateo and Elizabeth.

One of our toilets was out of commission, which made it difficult during the night when the person in the other bedroom needed to go to the toilet. Also, electricity went out for over 8 hours one night and for a few hours a day later. Difficult when you use CPAP.

Our stay was nothing short of incredible! a Clean design, exceptional hospitality, and luxurious amenities including a private jacuzzi that was the epitome of relaxation. The privacy and tranquility of the location were unmatched, offering a serene retreat with an amazing view!! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful getaway or a romantic escape, with the bonus of a spectacular view.

Location difficult

The property manager Elizabeth is so warming and friendly as she came to meet us at a parking lot and led us to the hotel room. We had a memorable stay for 3 nights in this cave house especially soaking in the outdoor hot tub in December and viewing the beautiful sunrise from our room.

The kitchenware is minimal and simple meal can be barely prepared.

The property was gorgeous and so neat. The hot tub was fabulous to have and was big enough for the three of us. The staff was wonderful and Elizabeth not only booked our activities, she came up with the suggestions and took care of everything. It made our vacation wonderful.
