"Great location, lovely accommodation but those with mobility issues will struggle."

Very convenient location, as it was within 10mins walk of the centre of Bath where the Roman baths and Cathedral was. The property was very well equipped and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were big enough to accommodate everyone.

The property had 3 flights of stairs to the front door then another 2 flights within the property. Unfortunately we came in a heatwave and although fans were kindly provided, it would have been good to be able to open the front windows. The parking was not directly outside and it took a while to find a spot as it was busy. The permits also are quite pricey. We ended up parking one car 10mins walk away. There is a one hour no return paring bay slightly opposite the property that would help for unloading/loading the car. Please also get confirmation from the owner if requesting a child bed as we requested one but it wasn’t provided. However the property was very well located and we would return.

Great location, 5 mins walk to Pultney Bridge and city centre. Very clean and nicely appointed. Owner organised parking permit on nearby street which was extremely helpful.

Lovely apartment, well equipped, very clean and great location. Great to have a living and separate dining room, easy to work from. Host was super responsive and helpful, arranged parking permit quickly and shared a great selection of recommended restaurants and bars. Great stay!

Absolutely beautiful property, great location, interior was all exceptional, high quality furniture and incredibly clean.

There are a few stairs- which could be tricky with less abled people. Would benefit from an additional bannister/handrail on the top stairs.

"Good location and accommodation but very unpleasant smell"

Good accommodation and plenty of hot water

Our stay was almost spoiled by the over use of very pungent air fresheners which we managed to unplug once we worked out what the issue was, but we never managed to get rid of the very strong sickly floral smell.

"Comfortable accommodation"

Accommodation was very clean and handy for the centre of Bath, which was about a 15 minutes walk away.

A welcome pack would have been a good idea.
