Elegant well appointed maisonette 105m2

The house was in a great location, making it easy to walk into the centre of Bath. It's attractively decorated and furnished, but still comfortable, and was spacious for two people. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen seems to be well-equipped (although we didn't really do much cooking).

We felt the kitchen could do with a bit of an update, and some of the drawers needed cleaning more thoroughly than they had been. The fridge has lost the shelf attached to the bottom of the door, which made storing opened bottles tricky.

Great location. Short walk to the main attractions.

Double bed in the first bedroom as you walk up the stairs was so uncomfortable. Second bed only slightly better. It’s a shame because I wouldn’t book again or recommend unless both mattresses changed.

Location was great - lovely area and easily walkable to centre. Flat was comfortable, with cosy lounge. Host was helpful, providing suggestions for parking etc.

Shower suffered from weak water pressure. Window in back bedroom did not fit frame properly and rattled throughout the night although wind was not particularly strong

The location was spot on. Interior of the property is lovely. The beds were comfortable and well made. The host was on hand to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend and myself and friends will definitely be returning.

The location was great, and Nic, our host, was so helpful and responded quickly even when I contacted him late in the evening. The kitchen was really well set up and made self-catering easy. There was even a utility room with washing machine etc. which was useful too. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. I felt that the apartment was great value, especially as I was travelling with a friend and we needed 2 bedrooms. Having the living areas as well made socialising easy when we were home. We really enjoyed our visit!

We had some issues with being unable to lock the front door (but we could still lock our apartment door.) The shower was a bit measly - not sure if this was just British plumbing and water pressure, or if the shower head needs replacing. I would have preferred a softer pillow option, but there were plenty of pillows to choose from.
