Elegant well appointed maisonette 105m2

Easy walk to town- comfortable bed. Nice dining room. DVD and books.

Does have stairs to climb so make Sure you are able.

Good spaces, nice place, clean

The maisonette was close to the center of town without being busy or loud. There are lovely spaces to spend time in or spread out when traveling as a family. The decor is tasteful and reflects thoughtful care—- the furniture is comfortable and not worn out, there are real plants in the rooms. It was nice to be able to use a washer after traveling for a week. The teens were charmed by the building which seemed historic and “fancy” to American eyes.

I know it’s difficult in old buildings to make sure that windows open properly, but one room was very hot as the window was inoperable (looked like for safety as it is so high up). It’s not the building’s fault that it’s hot in England though!

The Maisonette Apartment was lovely and had everything that we needed available. Parking in Bath can be a challenge but Nik arranged for permit parking. We arrived, we parked in our permit parking spot, and walked everywhere. The apartment is in an excellent location. It was in a lovely neighborhood and within easy walking distance to the areas that we wanted to visit. I loved the décor and everything was clean. Nik was very responsive and gracious. The communication, prior to and during our stay, was exceptional.

Size and rooms

Very clean and well equipped, with a lot of space. Very comfortable and good for relaxing.

The front door was quite difficult to shut, which meant that we weren't as secure as we might have liked.

Lovely good sized maisonette right in the centre of Bath. Easy walking distance to everything and yet very quiet during the day and night. Very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you could want. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again myself

As a group of 6 adults only having one toilet was a struggle but nothing insurmountable (and was as per the accommodation listing) The shower was the only slight disappointment with the water pressure being low for the 'over the bath' shower so it was more of a trickle than the power showers we're used to.
