Nik was very helpful and organised parking for us. He was very flexible and a really excellent host. It was obvious he wanted you to enjoy Bath with helpful tips and great clear instructions for the apartment. The bed was very comfy, the location was spot on and we walked to many of our destinations in 10 minutes. The flat felt spacious and perfect for our one night stay!

The window couldn't be opened in the one bedroom. However, there was a fan in the room which kept it nice and cool as it was a warm day!

"lovely flat as described."

Good location but parking very difficult. Fortunately we had made our own arrangements.

There was no hot water except by using the boost button .It was ok once we did. Bottom storage drawer of cooker could have been a bit cleaner but otherwise i would not fault it.
