Casa Ninetta - Bari Centro

The size and price of the apartment was really good, great to have a washing machine available to use as well. We loved having a lounge space, dining table and balcony to use.

There was an unpleasant smell when we arrived but this disappeared after we used the shower thank goodness, so it was possibly just stagnant water in the drains? The kitchen was okay, however, small basic things like oil, salt & pepper would go a very long way for guests. The dish cloth smelt musty, old and was damp, we didn’t touch it and bought one to use, as well as purchased salt (left in the apartment) and decent knives (which we kept). Better attention to and small upgrades to the kitchen supplies would be helpful for future guests. The dishwasher was unable to be used as well, seems to have been that way for a long time based on other reviews. The bed felt very old with bad roll together and the leather base was worn out.

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku, bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie i kontakt z właścicielem. Świetna odległość od plaży i od starego miasta, blisko sklepy, piekarnie, stacja kolejowa. W pokoju wyposażona kuchnia, działająca klimatyzacja i ogromna łazienka. Pobyt był bardzo komfortowy.

The property was very clean. The property manager was very easy to work with.

Great location. Very close To the central trainstation and to the city attractions. Very clean appartment. Very easy to check In and to check out.

Very few kitchen equipments. Few cutleries and plates and glasses. Dishwasher broken. A bit noisy appartment because traintrack goes exactly next to the appartment. Trains running until midnight and start early mornings. Not very helpfull receptionist/owner even though answered quickly.
