Casa Ninetta - Bari Centro

+ large surface of apartments, large salon, bedroom, bathroom, two balcony + apartment is quite new or refresh + localization can be treated as advantage because there is quite close to beach by foot (15 minutes), quite close to Bari Centrale (15 minutes), quite close to Old Town (25 minutes), very close to big market shop + in apartament is everytink you want for easy stay + very good contact with owner + I recomended :)

- localization can be treated as disadvantage because there is very close to trains tracks which generate lot of noises (but when you living in big city you dont care, as for me dont care :) I was also with little baby and she slept well, noises didnt wake her up :)) - builiding is quite old, refresh but you can feel that it was bitten by the tooth of time ;) - near neigberhood is not so attrative but who cares? ;) - some of quests can treat 15 minutes to every important localization as advantage but i realize that some of guest can treat as too far, not 5 minutes to beach or old town. Not me. 15 minutes walk is perfect :)

The flat was really nice and clean, it had a few kitchen supplies too and the center was close.

The beach was not that close, it would have been at least 15 minutes walk, but we took the bus instead. It was also hard to find the location, but maybe its a Google Maps issue.

Checkin procedure, large appartment, bathroom

location: directly next to train tracks. trains are pretty loud when passing or honking. but the worst is the railway crossing bell which during the day is more or less constantly ringing. round about 6 in the morning to 10/11pm. maybe during the siesta time less. babybed was dirty kitchen was equipped poorly. many "tools" not available

Nice spacious apartment

There is a lot of noise from the trains passing by and this already starts very early in the morning.

I liked the apartment was spacious and very convenient.

The dishwasher was out of order. There was an additional fee if you don’t take out the trash. The building was close to railroad tracks (you could hear the trains day and night)

Wonderful place, amazing hosts, great location. I would love to visit them again.
