Luxury apartment in the heart of Bath

A localização era mesmo no centro na cidade. Essa era a única coisa boa.

Não tem nada de luxuoso. O sofá cama era extremamente desconfortável, e a cama não era muito melhor. O colchão parecia mais alto no centro e depois tinha uma cova nas laterais, cheguei a acordar a meio da noite com a sensação de que ia cair. O sofá cama era mesmo horrível, até para estar sentada era desconfortável, acabamos por dormir as 2 na cama. Quanto à limpeza.... Eu tenho alergias a ácaros e assim que entrei senti logo os sintomas a agravar. O secador de cabelo tinha bolor a crescer na parte de trás. A máquina da louça deixava sempre metade da louça suja. E a entrada do apartamento estava cheia de cocó de pássaros. A televisão não funcionava. Tentei ligar 1 vez ao proprietário e foi para voicemail.

perfect location, large , plenty of space

the sofa/bed wasn’t the best, as a sofa it was to low and as a bed it was very hard , and a few of the mugs in the cupboard were dirty.

La ubicación es lo que más nos ha gustado del alojamiento. También el apartamento en general estaba bastante bien.

Tuvimos problemas los dos primeros días con la nevera (siempre hay que buscar un interruptor que deje pasar la corriente al enchufe de determinados electrodomésticos. Aviso para españoles que no funcionamos así, porque si no, no enciende la nevera ni el lavavajillas) y no hubo respuesta a mis mensajes ni llamadas, habría sido muy sencillo con decir que detrás de la tostadora estaba el interruptor para poder encenderla... Nos hemos vuelto y no he recibido respuesta alguna. Por otro lado, a la entrada, fuera del apartamento, hay una acumulación importante de excrementos de palomas y gaviotas, que llega a resbalar cuando llueve, eso deben cuidarlo.

Great location and had been renovated nicely.

Absolutely filthy outside in the front area and stairs and the back of the house was filthy and had a dead seagull in it. There was quite a bit of water damage in places and the washing machine wouldn’t work.

It wasn't worth what I paid for, I slept and woke up smelling pigeon droppings, the bed and shower were very pleasant, the sofa didn't have legs, it wasn't as luxurious as they say. The television didn't work.

Close to the centre of Bath.

First impressions count. The property is billed as a luxury apartment that includes a patio. What it didn’t say was that the patio is dank and mouldy with a piece of discarded wet carpet in one corner, and including the outdoor table & chairs covered in bird poo. On the inside the dining room table has two rickety chairs that need urgent replacement, lounge suite appears to have had the legs removed and is close to the floor, with one end coming adrift. There are no manuals for the appliances and heating. Without instructions for the heating it is cold inside even on a warm summers day. Message on another matter to the property was not answered.

Great location, after you find it. North Parade Buildings are not in North Parade! Clean. Quiet. Lovely shower with good hot water supply and pressure.

No communication from owner until day of arrival. He / she does not respond to messaging, voice mail, WhatsApp, phone. Apartment looks good but cheap renovations are falling apart. Sofa bed is unacceptable. Owner needs to replace unstable dangerous dining room chair urgently if he / she does not want to be sued for personal injury if someone sits on it. Blinds are broken. Only one window can be opened. Courtyard moss is slippery.
