Luxury apartment in the heart of Bath

Great location, nice clean apartment

The TV does not work, there is no aerial. The sofa bed is broken and very uncomfortable. It was not possible to contact the owner during the stay. The wifi information in the email is wrong, we used the information on the modem instead. The washer-dryer is very difficult to use

The location is perfect. Central to everything. First impression, the apartment inside is clean. Kitchen good, bathroom good, shower good. Bed comfortable. The living room lets it down. Sofa broken, no legs, and we couldn't sit on it as it was on the floor. There is only one seat to sit on as the two dining room chairs are broken / rickety. Tv does switch on, but there is no aerial connection, so we couldn't watch anything. It didn't matter much as we were out and about but do like to have tv on at breakfast or evening when coming in. Shower gel and shampoo are provided. Lots of teas, coffees, and milk are provided. Courtyard could be so beautiful but needs attention. I agree with the previous comment on the light in the courtyard. As we visited in late May, it wasn't as much of an issue as the weather was good. Light only comes on as you are halfway down the steps into the courtyard. In the rain or winter, I can imagine unsafe. Take a torch or use a phone torch. Overall, it is a lovely apartment. it just needs a little bit of tlc.

Good sized self-catering apartment; excellent location in the centre of Bath. Reasonably well equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer. Good supply of teas/coffees (although some decaf would have been nice) and toiletries.

The sofa appears to have lost either its legs or some deep upholstered cushions as it sits only some 6 inches off the floor. Just about manageable with the soft cushions but not comfortable, There were only two dining chairs, one of which was very rickety. Some deficiencies in the kitchen area - short on glasses, teaspoons. Microwave turntable does not turn and fridge is missing a handle.

Great location

No hot water or heating. The cooker and oven didn’t work, the cups and crockery weren’t clean. TV didn’t work. Tried to contact the owners multiple times and no response.

No response from owner if I didn’t have my daughter with me I couldn’t of got in as I can’t , being a pensioner , afford Wi-Fi when out , I messaged three times to be sent code via phone text , no joy , also the television didn’t work

The location

Television did not work. Initially there was no internet. The tray in the over was dirty with grease. The fridge door handle was broken. The couch lacked cushions. One of the chairs in the lounge was broken. The door into the grounds was broken. But repaired while we were there. The floor into the bedroom was uneven and dangerous. Hardly what I would call a deluxe apartment. What can be done about this.

Adequate but not luxury apartment with more attention to detail required. Property needs attention, furniture not great quality or comfortable. Good location but not great value for money.

No working Internet or TV. Sofa bed not really fit to sleep on. Main bed comfy. Clean Great location in central Bath and fair for price

Location was great with easy walking distance to attractions. It was clean, warm and tastefully decorated

Sofa bed was too low for our comfort. Not enough dining chairs to meet the number of people booked.
