Luxury apartment in the heart of Bath

The apartment is located in the historical centre of Bath.

It was dirty. Hair of former guests were still on the bathroom floor. The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. Despite booking for three persons, the apartment was prepared only for two. Neither the TV nor the bluetooth speaker were working.

Great location, right next to the main attractions but on a quiet street.

The washer dryer was hard to use

The bed was uncomfortable. The towels were dirty. I had booked for 3 people and there was not even a blanket to cover my son.

Good location and cooking facilities

Owner needs to look up a dictionary definition of luxury. Sofa/ sofa bed very uncomfortable. Could not get advertised streaming services or get tv to work. Phoned and messaged owner but no reply.

The property is bigger than what I expected. It has a big living room, kitchen with all essential appliances and even washing machine. Some complained about the sofa bed but I find it ok. The bedroom is cosy and warm. Location is perfect for any travellers.

It's on the ground floor and you have to walk down stairs. It may not suitable for those with less mobility or having big luggage.

Sofa in living room is missing legs or cushions or both? Not comfortable to sit on at all and I fell trying to sit into it - misjudging how low it is. Gaps between floor boards. Difficult to turn shower on without drenching myself. The location was difficult to find at night in the dark. The entrance way is damp and dirty. Being on a lower level there is minimal natural light. We called 3 times to try and get some advice on how to locate the entrance. No one answered. I messaged afterwards to check to see if I’d left a piece of clothing behind. No response.

Unbelievably bad sofa in the living area. I am sure it was missing parts as it was just so low
