Fantastic, Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment in Converted Chapel

Very clean & spacious, modern and had everything you could wish for. It felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. Easy access to the river and bath centre.

The access to the car park was a little tight

The location was only 20 mins walk to the center of town. The apartment was huge, big bedrooms with a walk in closet in one. It was a clean and well taken care of property with all amenities. It had free secure parking in the back. It was one of the best accommodations we have had during our trip to the UK.

There were a few small hiccups which were addressed to the team for rectification. A suggestion to the management team is to revert back to the 3pm check in and the 11am checkout. By having it 4pm to 10am it provides 2 hours less to customers. After all the business runs on customers and not on the whims of the cleaning companies preferred timings...

No bath soap and shampoo. Mattress poor.

4:00 check in is really hard when you arrive early! Would love for them to accommodate luggage storage for earlier arrivals.

Excellent place. All important things needed were there. Spacious apartment. The location is peaceful, near the bus stop and Morrisons is excellent and at same time away from the crowded city centre

Checkin and checkout timings 10 and 4pm impractical. Valid reasons for managing though. Self check-in instructions can be enhanced with pictures so the confusion is avoided.
