Fantastic, Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment in Converted Chapel

Location was great, a 25 minute walk into the centre was fine with a few watering holes on the way down and back. Nice quiet property.

4 pm check in and 10.00 am check out was not great, Everywhere else we have stayed over many years is normally 3.00 pm check in and 11.00 or 12.00 am check out. AS there were two couples staying there was only one fob and door key.

Very nice and modern apartment right outside the city of Bath. We enjoyed having three bathrooms and a TV in every room. It was also great to have free parking and a washing machine to do laundry.

The pictures shown on the website are not what you see when you arrive. The whole area front and back is overgrown, rubbish bags are strewn across the street. To get into the apartment you have to enter the flat to obtain the fob to open the back gate to the car park. The road to the car park is full of giant potholes and muddy with a shopping trolly thrown into the bushes. Again, the car park, is overgrown with rubbish lying around. Once in the apartment, we found it to be tidy and what we thought was quite clean. This was not the case on further inspection. The kitchen was filthy. The fridge had not been cleaned as there were crumbs from the previous occupants. The toaster was dirty and full of crumbs, the pan rest was covered in grease, the salt & pepper containers were dirty, greasy and empty. The couch was not comfortable at all. The radiators throughout were very rusty and dirty. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The headboard was broken on one of the beds and the mattresses had no support at all. The base of the beds were very hard which led to both of us having sore backs and ruining our trip. The blinds in one of the bedrooms was covered in mould. One of the quilts had a very large brown stain. The walk-in shower had no slip mat and was slippery. The plastic trim in at the base of the shower door was mouldy and thick with limescale.

Location was fine if you don't mind walking into town. A convenience store is just around the corner.

It was hard to find with limited parking nearby to get out and look for it.

Convenient location, easy walk into town. Secure car park. Lovely bathrooms. Comfortable beds.

Really spacious, well located and great for a stay in Bath

Would have liked a welcome pack and some areas would benefit from attention to detail which would make the stay even better.

Clean, comfortable, quite perfect for a couple, or friends, everything you needed was in the apartment. Good showers. Close to Supermarket, and 10 mins walk to centre.

Location, Cleanliness, comfort and amenities

Instructions about the private parking area and remote gate instructions should be given upon arrival. Although parking can be found on street. Also maybe provide an iron for use.
