Gute Lage, 15 Min zu Fuss in die Altstadt. Café zum Frühstücken an der Strasse, sehr einfache Ausstattung. Ruhig.

The location was the best of this apartment. Basic facilities were ok.

The responsiveness of the agency was so pure that at some moment I thought it was a scam. I was writing my questions on booking to clear some doubts, since I travelled with a four-year old child and didn't want additional stress for her, but never received an answer. After I contacted the agency via whatsup, finally a nameless person or a bot replied to me in a very basic yes/no manner. I asked for additional bed sheets for my daughter, but never received them, had to ask my colleague to borrow some for that week. We had to scan, upload, sign the agreement and pay the deposit while boarding the plane to Switzerland because it was when we received the links to proceed with all this, though I asked to do it earlier. The apartment we were provided doesn't correspond to the one on photos, there was no dining table, just a small coffee table. In the description it said there was a washing machine, but in reality there was none and we counted on it. But the "best" was waste disposal. In the agreement you sign up for taking care of your garbage and provided with the link to the endless information and rules of waste disposal in Bern. Coming just for a week to a new city and having tight work schedule, one doesn't have time to get into such details. Please just provide short instructions and garbage bags (there were no bags at all, just an empty bin), so guests don't have to break their heads and waste time on this. After various tries to ask the agency how to handle it and where to buy proper bags, my husband talked to the neighbours outside and went to the supermarket to by the blue bags. On the last day I received an answer that we can just leave our garbage in the apartment:( Living 8 days with organic garbage inside a tiny flat is quite a pleasure.

Location was perfect! Room was nice, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Liked the outside gazebo area for a relaxing end of the day. You might consider saying something about it in your listing.

Ad would indicate that a washer was in the apt. It was in the basement. Rules for its use would also be helpful. Received the "leaving" instructions the morning I was getting ready to vacate at 0700! Made for a rushed exit!

Ninguém atendeu o telemóvel, alojamento sujo e com louças partidas, chuveiro de duche estragado, falta de cuidado e limpeza visível . Para piorar, foram arrogantes, a quando enviei e-mail de descontentamento. Péssima experiência. Não recomendo

La posizione era buona a 10 minuti a piedi dalla città

La stanza era piccola per 3 persone, ha l'angolo cottura e si presume che uno possa mangiare ma c'era solo un tavolino basso che dovevamo spostare verso il divano perché le sedie erano solo due. A domande su booking nessuna risposta

Die Firma gegenüber startet gegen 6:30Uhr mit der Arbeit… somit ist ein längeres Schlafen quasi ausgeschlossen, da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Wasser ist abends sehr schnell kalt - warm duschen nur morgens möglich.

La posizione dell'appartamento e' quasi centrale, in 10 minuti di comodissimo autobus si raggiunge la stazione. L'appartamento di nuovo retauro e' ben attrezzato, palazzina silenziosa e pulita. Personale dedicato che al telefono ti risponde con efficenza ad ogni esigenza. Tornero' sicuramente.

La situation, la proximité de l'arrêt de bus. Le beau restaurant tout près. Un ventilateur rafraîchissant qui nous a sauvés pendant ces jours de canicule. La disponibilité aimable de la personne à qui nous avons eu affaire (par téléphone ou SMS)

Fournitures un peu minimalistes (ex: même pas un bout de savon: le premier soir on se lave les mains au produit vaisselle !). Cet appartement du 2e étage a une salle de bain sans fenêtre et pas vraiment d'aération (celui du rez-de-chaussée où nous avons logé l'an dernier a une salle de bain avec fenêtre). Plutôt pour un bref séjour, en alternative à l'hôtel.
