Dirty, old apartment and arrogant owner

I stayed at this apartment for 2 days and had a great experience. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I’d definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient short-term stay!

Amazing stay! The place exceeded our expectations. The host was super friendly, approved our late check-in, and made everything easy. I’d definitely book again if I’m ever in Niš.

This is the first time that I am giving the worst grade for the booking accomodation, exactly for the owner. First of all I made reservation two hours before our coming to Niš. It was on thirtieth of december. I called the number of owner and he told me to call him when we come to Niš. When we came he first didn't want to answer and then we called him from another phone number. When he answered he was very rude and he said to me that apartment is already rented and that he gave apartment to some other. He told me very inpolite that he can find me another flat, and when I told him that I made reservation for the one he rented to another person, he made a rude comment like "what do you think, to rent apartment two days before New year for only 40 euros", and he had hung up. We had to made the new reservation and it was very hard because it was late, he made us a big problem. Very rude, inpolite and non professional behavior from the owner. I travel a lot and had so many reservations on booking all over the Europe and I never had such a bad experience!

Very bad, to avoid!
