"Exceptional"

The property was, in general, very comfortable, well presented and clean. Location was lovely with an amazing view to the river and East Looe. We loved our stay

The bedroom was a bit small and with a weird shape and the layout with the folding table in the kitchenette was sometimes a bit uncomfortable.

Location

The terrace & outside seats were very dirty - someone came to clean these after we complained In need of decoration and general maintenance - eg door to main room not closing, no bottom door shelf in fridge for bottles. Dangerous peeling laminate on fridge door - plus more!

Very stylish apoartment, exceptionally clean and perfect location to the harbour, bus or trains

Parking can be a nightmare, but we were lucky. As parked 4 free during our whole stay in north road snd walked, took bus or train

Bed was very uncomfortable and the shower attachment leaked everywhere when in use. Didn't like that the road had semi fallen away and couldn't drive our big suitcases up to the apt. Very dark stairs leading to apt and quite slippery
