The location was excellent. Very central.. The apartment was beautiful. Very peaceful. The garden was wonderful. Air conditioning was excellent

Location for perfect, just few minutes walk from the main sights, and railway station is 15 minutes walk. The aparment was just as it was described and the hosts were very friendly.

We ordered luggage storing service (from Hostlyn) on arrival, but that order never reached the hosts, so we never got to store our luggages. And the hHostlyn registering web site is horrible to use and is very unreliable to use specially on mobile. And to make it clear, the critique here is for the Hostlyn service, not the hosts.

Everything was perfect!

The host couldn't be more kind and supportive. They were in constant communication before, during, and after our departure. Unfortunately, we had a big issue, we left a bag in the taxi that we used from the airport to the apartment. We called the police, the taxi companies and the airport to try to find the driver, all of them did their best to help us. In the end, I contacted Andrea and asked for help. He was an angel; the next morning he found the taxi driver and shared his contact details with us. The driver kindly came back to us to retrieve the bag. It is beautiful to see how strangers in a foreign country support and help you. The apartment is gorgeous, I would love to have a place like it. Clean, spacious, amazing garden, all the amenities needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Plenty of storage to keep everything neat and tidy. I was amazed to open the main door of the building with my phone. Restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies are just a 2 to 5 min walk. They even left a book with restaurants, places to visit, and how to commute in the area. Airport, train station, bus stop, everything super close. Quiet and safe neighborhood with stunning buildings around. And obviously, this building is one of the special ones. Please, just visit Pisa and make sure you stay at this perfect place.

Nothing to dislike

The location is perfect. And the apartment is very spacious and tidy to think it's an old building. 😊 and the host is very helpful -offering us time and asking how we were. The apartment was suited for my baby because it's very spacious and we have everything we need (kettle and microwave etc.) They even allowed us to check out later than 10 because our flight was not until 9 pm. Thank you so much!

Excellent area, near to facilities. Very quirky apartment, lots of character, comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the garden, sitting outside was lovely in the sunshine. Our contact was easy to reach and sorted any issues out easily and even booked a taxi for us to get back to the airport which was much appreciated.

Unfortunately the bathroom needs a bit of attention, it is quite old. The shower head didn’t stay up when showering, the flush on the toilet was not good and the apartment could do with a good clean around the edges, under sofa etc. The garden needs a bit of TLC.

Hosts were extremely pleasant. Great communication throughout. Apartment is ideally located within a stones throw from the Tower. The apartment had all the facilities you would need, it is a tad tired in places but that also gives it some of its charm (its a very old building). I'm generally a light sleeper, struggled to get up in the morning the bed was too comfy :D Thank you for a wonderful stay.
