Hostly - Garden House near the Tower - Historical house with Private Garden

A great place for a family, with washing and kitchen facilities, outdoor area and bath. It was an easy walk to everywhere and check in was made very easy by the detailed communication by the vendor.

Everything was great.

Very central a stone away from piazza dei miracoli. The apartment is dog friendly and has a very nice private garden. The bedroom has also aircon, which is a plus.

Smell of dump in the bathroom. The flat is in a pedestrian area not accessible to cars so it was quite annoying to offload / load and carry our stuff from the nearby parking which was pretty expensive too

The communication from the host from check in was very friendly and welcoming. Nice quiet location next to friendly coffee bar and not far from main restaurants & piazza. Host gave great dinner recommendations venues.

It was really spacious, airy and lovely garden area to chill in the warm weather. The location was great. Minutes walk from the tower. The best little bakery right outside the front door.

The only thing I could fault, was just the smell within the bathroom. I this cannot be helped as there is no window for ventilation, unless with the use of air freshener or smelly!

The apartment was perfect in everything it was in Via Santa Maria a 12th century building but it had a walled garden which made it feel airy. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We loved it for its Italian charm.

It was near by to everything! If you are looking for location, this place os good 😊

I like that it is an old building and it has lots of history behind it, however, the apartment is located in the first floor (dark, kind of like a basement); so it had a very strong humidity smell. The place had a humidifier running, but still, the smell was very strong.
