Hostly - Garden House near the Tower - Historical house with Private Garden

Beautiful large apartment, centrally located with its own private garden. Rustic and lovely and relaxing. Host was also excellent and very helpful from start to finish 👍👍

The location was great and also the fact that we had a small, chic, private courtyard. The owner was respinsive and eager to help, when needed.

The air quaity because it was so humid and a bit smelly.

The apartment is sweet, cozy, and very clean. The location is excellent, with everything you need close by. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. However, the only small downside or suggestion is that we only received one towel for the 8 days. It would also be helpful to have some basic kitchen essentials, like oil and sugar, for cooking. It wasn't an issue for us since we ate out, but if someone plans to cook, they might find it lacking.

La struttura è in una posizione vicinissima al Duomo. Essendo all’interno di un palazzo, risulta molto tranquillo. Valore aggiunto è il bel giardino interno. L’appartamento è fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Lo consiglio vivamente.

The building itself is quite a historical one, quite close to the main attractions. If you are a smoker or if the weather is sunny, you can enjoy a little quite private garden. The owner is kind and makes an effort, it's obvious that she put her heart and soul into that apartment, but sometimes that's not enough.

The apartment need some serious renovations, some walls are old and dirty. The bathroom is old, its door looks at least strange and does not close, it is dirty, the mirrors are old and have traces of rust. The radiator in the bathroom does not heat up, and on the floor there is... only tiles, no trace of... any textile on which to even get out of the bathtub. The apartment is poorly lit and maybe it's better that way, so you don't see the whole disaster.

De locatie is subliem. Midden in de studentenwijk en overal ben je op wandelafstand. En neen geen last van lawaaierige studenten, want ver genoeg van terrassen & restaurants. Eerder rustige ligging en bovendien is de slaapkamer langs de tuinzijde gelegen. Zeer lekkere bakker als buur. Probeer zeker de café ginseng! Klein tuintje voor als je wilt chillen in de zon. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om in te leven. (ijskast, strijkplank, microgolf,..) Qua stijl past het perfect in de stad. Oud met veel charme dankzij de houten balken in plafond. Zeer goede communicatie en opvolging door Carolina.

Appartement is vrij vochtig, dus goed voor enkele nachten, maar niet voor een lange periode. Weinig lichtinval. Als je niet veel op het appartement bent, is dit niet zo erg.

A wonderfull location at just a two minutes walk to the tower. Especially in the evening ideal for a walk around the village.
