Hostly - Garden House near the Tower - Historical house with Private Garden

The apartment is very nice with a lovelly garder in the middle of everything. 10mins walk to the train station and 2 min walk to the tower of pisa...The host is very kind and helpful ...I can 100% reccomend this apartment.

Perfectly situated and spacious apartment in the centre of Pisa. We had everything we needed and the digital entry and code to get in was perfect as we had no stress of losing the key. The garden is pretty big! We relaxed out there and although we didn’t cook, it would have been easy in the well equipped kitchen. Just across the way there is a little street/square which has small trampolines for the kids and a safe space to run around. We enjoyed our evenings there with a drink while they played. Pisa was beautiful and had so many amazing food options.

Location was perfect for sightseeing. Also plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

The location was exceptional for us, right next to the apartment there is a place where you can have a quick pastry and a coffee (although the best coffee I have tried in Pisa was 2-3 minutes away, at Dolce Pisa), it’s very close to fresh bread shop, restaurants and Pisa tower. It’s maximum 15 minutes away from the central train station. The host also has breakfast, dinner and lunch recommendations, we only got to 2 of them, both of them were excellent! There is also a great pork sandwiches place very close to it to try during the day. The apartment is big and cozy, the area is very quiet, it’s a student area where you rarely see or hear cars, they mostly go by bikes. It was amazing to stay in such a nice and quiet area. I loved it!

The apartment is in the historic heart of medieval Pisa. It is on the ground floor and had wonderful architectural details like exposed beams and stone supports. The host Caroline was very attentive and helpful. The kitchen had all the basics one would need (coffee, sugar, salt, pepper) and she provided a welcome bottle of wine.

Although the apartment looked clean and freshly painted, there is a noticeable smell of mildew. I bought a can of odor neutralizer at the Carrefour market down the street which helped, but I had to spray each time I returned to the flat.

Location is very nice, in downtown, near all the attractions (5min to Pisa Tower). There are a lots of restaurants and coffee in the nearby, supermarket (carrefourexpress). It is 15 min walk from train station Pisa Centrale. From airport took 10 min and we paid 18 eur (it is more cheaper to take taxi - PisaMover cost 8eur/pers). The host was very nice and she told us all the informations. The apartament is big and you have a nice terace to enjoy, there was all facilities, everything was clean.

The property was very impressive in structure with its high arches and ceilings. the outdoor space was great, very chilled.

The bathroom was slightly dated but the shower was much better than I thought and the shower gel provided smelt amazing.

I don't know where to start, everything was excellent! Location couldn't have been better, literally in the middle of everything but still really calm and quiet. The apartment was charming and very spacious. The garden was beautiful and private. The communication with the host was great, she was very friendly and helpful. I would 100% come back!
