"Great location and well fitted out for afew days stsy"

The location was great we had an outdoor area that we utilised and the kitchen/ lounge area was fab.

The beds in the 2 smaller bedrooms were somewhat uncomfortable as you could feel the springs. Also needs a mirror abvethebasin in the bathroom

Great location. All very clean and tidy. Good value for money.

Think the bedrooms need curtains as well as the blinds as it’s too bright in the morning and there’s a security light in the flats behind which shone in all night.

"A lovely comfortable stay for the York races"

The house is really well presented and very comfortable. It was perfect for our group as we needed 3 bedrooms. There are some nice pubs and resturants round the corner from the house. The city is very accessible from the house.

The house was very clean and nicely laid out with everything needed for a stay. The location couldn't be better

Just a few niggly things. Lack of hand rail at top of stairs. Lack of hand rail to aid getting in and out of bath and no non slip bath mat for in the bath. Talking from the point of view that my friends and I are aged between 60 and 75.
