Absolutely wonderful central location , lovely clean airy apartment , great large bath and very accommodating owners. Would definitely book again

Although it is sound proof inside to a point and we knew in advance noise could be heard from the cafe bar below you can still hear it quite loud in bedroom with window closed. Other than that perfect place.

Excellent location. Spacious property. Provided toiletries, tea/coffee/milk (even biscuits!) etc. Very comfortable bed. Had plenty of towels and a toiletries. A fan was provided and was a godsend. Very friendly hosts who answered any queries we had swiftly. Its got everything you could need and the price is brilliant considering the very central location. Would definitely stay again.

Cleaning could be better, it was adequate but some areas overlooked (windows, shower head, kitchen tiles). Outside area has so much potential and a lot more could be done with this however there are some chairs out there if you want to sit out but they've seen better days. Inside paintwork could do with a freshen up (also some holes in the walls that need filling). Bigger sofa would be an asset after a long day walking round York. Very busy beer garden right next to and below the bedroom which gets very noisy however earplugs are provided and do the job.

Great location and comfortable apartment. Had everything we needed.

Location is perfect, the accommodation was very clean and easily accessible

couple of holes in the wall where handles have gone through, more shelving required or a chest of drawers in the bedroom

The property was very clean, well equipped, and spacious, with a lovely large balcony that we really appreciated.

One small thing was that the balcony didn’t have a shelter, so the otherwise beautiful outdoor space couldn’t be used during rainy weather. The bed was a double and felt slightly small for our personal preference, though it was still perfectly adequate and comfortable overall.
