Heart of Fossgate

Firstly there was someone's washing left in the washer so could not use the washer it also said sound proofing and it wasn't it also said patio furniture there was only chairs no were to put your coffee on except the floor the bedroom radiator had a mind of it's own when we put it on it turned itself off so we were really cold but lastly I nearly broke my ankle when I went to the patio to vape there is no light at all I've been to GP it's badly sprained this needs addressing urgently I was looking to make a complaint with yourselves apart from that the apartment could be made nice if they get some matching furniture we go to york a lot and this is the worse we have stayed at you can't get comfortable on that horrible furniture thank you honest opinion

The furniture is a joke no flood light out back no table outside to put your morning coffee on I was appalled washing was left in the washing machine had I not paid months before I would have demanded my money back or half and booked into a hotel we could not find the pass code for the wi fi rang 3 times totally did not answer till I left a message he said who ever stayed here last must of taken the sheet with the password on which I find hard to believe

Location brilliant

Bed was small double and a little hard, but bedroom was spacious and clean , with plenty of storage.

Very nice apartment.

You get what you pay for. You can't argue with the location, it's central to a lot of pubs and eateries.

If your planning on staying for the weekend, which doesn't involve the more social aspects of a weekend in York, pack your ear plugs!! The bedroom is situated right next to a busy, very noisy beer garden. The WiFi didn't work, the gardeners had been in and forgot to tidy the roof terrace up after themselves, leaving a large pile of ivy and ladders lying around. Not enough toilet roll in the bathroom, had to resort to using kitchen roll, thanks for that!! Other than the points above, the apartment was ideal.
