Very spacious and comfortable- everything you need . Easy check in with good communication from Maria and Mike. Nice little touch of cupcakes left out for us and fresh milk in the fridge- heating on as well! Excellent situation- everything is very close and Fossgate has so much to offer

"Fab flat in a great location with considerate hosts!"

The flat is accurately portrayed in the photos, so I knew what to expect. The hosts even rang me after I checked in to make sure I had found the wifi instructions. There was noise from the bar downstairs at night, but the hosts provide ear plugs, and having read the reviews, I knew to expect that as well. It's a great flat in an excellent location and I would absolutely stay there again.

Loved the location and the vibe of Fossgate was brilliant. Spoilt for choice with where to eat and drink. So close to everything including the Shambles and Christmas market.

Friday night was noisy from the outside courtyard of The Fossgate Social BUT! this had already been covered with the handy ear plugs left by the owners which sorted this out!
