Location was good, Parking was a bonus, easy to follow instructions on entering the flat and leaving the keys at the end. Good size rooms and most of the facilities of home, Lovely big mirror in the walk in wardrobe and nice hot shower, although you'll need to duck. Smells from the restaurant below were amazing and kept filling the flat. Furnishings seemed to be mostly from M&S.

Flat was a bit musty when we arrived and we noticed the living room area and bathroom floor were not cleaned very well. Small hair trimmings all over the floor. Biscuit crumbs in the kitchen cupboard. Bedroom was really hot at night and it wasn't possible to open the skylight which made for poor rest. The Front room was noisy at pub closing time but not for long. Candles in the front room were there but in the e-mail it says you can't light them, room diffusers had clearly been empty for months. None of these things hugely impacted our stay but they were there. Information pack needs updating re: ISS WiFi and a couple of other bits, dead battery in the fire remote (we didn't need it anyway) and smoke alarm batteries failed during our stay, although a polite electrician was on site within 15 mins, so the service was fast and good. Lights in the front room keep going brighter and dimmer on their own, the electrician says a new dimmer switch is probably needed. Proximity light outside goes on and off every few mins throughout the night, but again no real serious problems that would impact your stay.

This is a lovely apartment( once inside ) but has an unattractive entrance, back door of a restaurant

The entrance isn’t great and we were unable to open any of the velux windows so the apartment was warm during a good weather spell .

Clean and tidy and well fitted out. Good location close to York centre, easy walking distance. Parking right outside the flat.

it’s was fantastic, booked it for my mums birthday and her and my dad raves about how spacious, clean, comfortable and the location, the parking permit was amazing as they need the car too travel - thank you so much, they liked it so much they are already looking too book again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
