What a lovely little stay we had in the Garden Room. Lovely & spacious, very comfortable & had everything we needed. The bed was sooooo comfortable, we had amazing sleep!

The steps to the front door were a little steep but only a problem as I have bad knees. The rail was sufficient in allowing me to feel safe. Could've maybe done with a hook in the shower to hang your towel. And also a label on the cutlery drawer as it took us a minute to find it with not being used to that style of drawers.

Plenty of space in the apartment, radiator on in the bathroom all times so towels were always warm/cosy .

Pillows and mattress too soft I understand that’s a preference: just a suggestion could there be a mix of soft and firm pillows

Great location for a gig, lovely apartment, really nicely decorated.

The apartment was beautiful, on arrival looked fairly clean but this was superficial. I dropped something behind the drawers in the bedroom and it was disgusting behind, thick black dust, a sanitary pad, the bottle of handwash in bathroom was clearly refilled over and over again and was full of black mould at the top. The wooden floors were filthy, again superficially clean but my socks told a different story ! The apartment lacks any soundproofing and the upstairs apartment seemed to contain a herd of elephants banging and clattering late pm and very early am. The owners however were very helpful when I brought these issues to their attention and promised to raise with housekeeping and as a goodwill gesture, refunded half the stay so hopefully the next guests will have a clean apartment.
