Very modern, attractive looking property. Comfortable bed. Good location for the Barbican. Free parking was good.

For the price I paid I would expect some toiletries. There was some hand soap in the toilet and that was it. Hardly asking for a luxury to have hand soap in the other sink too and some shower gel. No hairdryer either so washed my hair with hand soap and went out with wet hair. Some UHT milk would also be much appreciated, given there is tea and coffee. Still no cutlery despite it being mentioned in the reviews. The shower filled up with water and the toilet smelled. It is not like this is a budget apartment, it cost the same as a 4 star hotel and the location is only good for the Barbican, not the city centre. Very disappointed.

Nice apartment, close to the city centre

For the price I would of expected 1.cutlery 2.toiletries. What Is the point in having a fully equipped kitchen when you don't have a knife or fork. Made a Chinese take away very interesting. Also if you would like a shower in the morning then take your own toiletries. Very disappointing

Space in the apartment was good & decorated really nicely, the walk into York centre took us about 15 mins ,

When we arrived at the property it was so so cold , I was sat shivering & had to sit with my coat on for a hour while the place warmed up after putting some heating on , Got into bed that night to find a huge hole in the duvet covet , Then to top it off the people above us was so noisy & got woken up at midnight with someone hammering on the door , left us feeling a little anxious

Very easy to find and excellent parking space off the main road. The apartment is very light and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The shower was great and there were quality bath and hand towels available. The location was excellent and just a short walk or bus ride to the centre.

The oven could do with a proper clean. There was no tea towel, but it gave me the opportunity to buy myself one to bring home with me!

The living and kitchen area was spacious and the decor were lovely, really thick curtains and comfortable small sofa. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and lovely and clean and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water.

The duvet was in the duvet but it hadn't been fastened at the bottom which I hadn't noticed until I caught my foot on in it and fell over. The windows were grubby as were the mirrors and it didn't look as if the floors had been cleaned for a while, it general looked as if it had been left for a few weeks. The mirror on the window side of the bed was hanging off. There was also dirty cups and cutlery in the cupboard and draws. The utility area was very messy too. With a good clean and tidy it would be a super place to stay

Great location, a ten minute walk to town. Allocated off road parking is fab! A stylish and modern, large apartment! It was spotless and was well equipped.

We could not get the tv working, even after persevering with it. A user guide or simplified interface would be useful.

Spacious flat, nicely kitted out. Good to have onsite parking.

Although it's close to the river the area itself felt a bit rundown.
