Needed a deeper clean and toilet seat needs repairing

We received great communication from booking to arriving at the property. We received the key code to the safe box to collect our key to the property well in advance with no problem accessing. On entering the property it smelled like a spa. Beautifully decorated and very modern. The best night sleep we had whilst on our travels, the bed was so comfortable and with beautiful luxury bedding. The shower was large and with a powerful rainfall. We loved everything about the apartment.

The only little niggle was the toilet seat needs to be replaced or fixed.

Location perfect and parking on site.. Easy walk to The Barbican Theatre and lovely riverside walk into city. Extremely comy bed, great shower and luxury linens and towels.

Street light on directly outside the bedroom window.boiler/heater in the bedroom noisy all night.needs abit of tlc ie items fixing and better cleaning

The apartment is very stylish and comfortable, beautifully decorated. We loved staying there. The location and parking space very good if happy to be just on the outskirts of the city centre. A short walk into the centre, either along the river or along the main road.

I think providing tea and coffee sachets would be a nice thought.
