The location was great

I’ll say the cleaning part were with this amount of money should have cleaning service at least once during stay without extra payment the second part I would say the security since there’s security guide but any one can enter the building with secure card . This should be applied for entrance and exit to have card to open the left not to be access for others . Third I would say the communication , all information was send at the day we arrived and as we don’t have data to open and ready to check were to park that was frustrated , all information for parking keys other items should be send before arrives 1-2 days at least

TV channels didn't work well

The host Qais was super courteous, helped us with our bags, showed us where everything is, good communication, prompt response, very polite and respectful. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect especially the attitude of Qais.

Property smells of cigarettes on entry and of septic tank after a while. It became so unbearable I had to check out after one night despite having booked and paid for 5 nights.

Location was good; close to all amenities included the mall and a hyper supermarket. Basic gym.

The car traffic can be very heavy around the area. The building seems run down and not well taken care of despite it looking new from the outside. We also had to ask for towels and toilet paper. We had to buy our own soap.
