- we wanted to pay by card as we just arrived to the country and we did not have cash and did not have chance to withdraw the money. It is impossible. We agreed to pay via bank transfer in the end, we confirmed the amount in euros (as my foreign bank doesn't provide JOD payments), the host told me that he confirmed with his bank everything is ok. Later he told me I have to pay 27 JOD extra because he received less than he expected. This was really dishonest behavior. We agreed to pay it but be careful when dealing with payment in this accommodation. The host agrees to something and then charge you extra!!! - the flat is in a very noisy location and there are constructions around and inside the building so you will hear a lot of noisy from early morning til late night - the host does not provide cleaning, you have to pay extra in order to have the flat cleaned. And the service is provided only once a week on weekend so the timing is not very good either. - the flat was very dirty and we had to spend all first day cleaning in order to be able to stay there comfortably. The dishes had food leftovers from previous guests, there was dirt in carpets and in shelf and the fridge. The cleanliness was very poor. - the flat is right next to the room where people go to throw their rubbish. Door to that room are constantly open and the garbage chute as well so it always smelled really bad and the day we left there was even floor covered with something sticky. - the internet connection is weak. It constantly cut off and it did not work at all for the last three days of our stay and we had to use mobile data only. - every morning there was heavy smell of cigarettes in the bathroom as people in other flats smoke there. Overall we were very dissatisfied and happy to leave after our 15 days stay. The price is definitely not worth what you get.
