Qais was very prompt, friendly and very professional.

I would work on beautification of the interior of the building. Corridors needs to be painted for example. The garbage room was very dirty and the hatch for the trash shoot keeps jamming. Little details that makes a big difference.

"excellent"

delivered what was promised and great location. the host went above and beyond to assist me and very professional. the building is secure so I felt safe and easy access to parking and a mini mart downstairs and laundry not to mention the mall is walking distance it made life easy.

for 2 days the room beside mine was having some work and it was noisy in the mornings, it stopped after 2 days so I didn't complain.
