It was ok for a short stay parking just over the road.

Cobwebs and dust in the attic bedroom not clean. Found a finger nail on the sofa . There was no place to put bottles and plastic bottles, so I had to leave on the work top. It really did not feel very cosy. I'm really sorry to say that it also had a smell in the room damp. I think in the folder you need to put more information in it .

It was all lovely, heating was on when we arrived, so lovely and snug, fresh milk had also been left in the fridge. Beds were comfy, blankets in the lounge for snuggles with the daughter after a long day out.

There was nothing we didnt like.

It felt really homey and it was close to everything as well as having lots of room.

Host let us check in an hour early. Easy check in with the keybox code sent through message. Beds were really comfy, although the upstairs one was very squeaky. The pillows were the softest, plumpest pillows ever. Smart TV and radio available. Nice view of the town walls at the front. full control over the heat, we turned it off as it was very warm. Living area looks cool with the bike attached to the wall. Kitchen available, with fridge so we could have breakfast before heading out for the day. Soft carpet, looked new. Within walking distance to the city centre.

Squeaky bed upstairs, kettle smelt like stagnant water so we didn't use it, found someone's sock stuffed into the sofa, I would of liked a hoover or brush but that's a personal preference I guess - I hate a crumby carpet and with 2 children staying 2 nights I would of liked to have run a hoover round after the first night. There was also some noise at night. The first night there was some shouting; sounded like a party maybe, lady and man and music. The 2nd night I was woke up by a man shouting on the street. This was with the windows closed too. Not the hosts fault at all, but with it happening twice may be to the location.

Location and convenience for travelling from the station and exploring the city.

Very creaky bed in upstairs room. No toiletries and barely any hand soap in the bathroom - inconvenient for a 2 night stay to have to buy all of this! Also a lot of dust and cobwebs everywhere making the apartment not as clean as it could be.

Easy access ..parking across the road and ten min walk into York

My only small fault is the the tv was a smart tv but didn’t have live tv in which I would of expected..
