"Location was excellent and we enjoyed our stay despite the limitations outlined."

Milk coffee and tea were left for us. The bedrooms and lounge were well furnished and tastefully decorated. Bed linen and towels were good quality.

We had difficulty getting access as the door code we had been given had been changed. A message sent by email when we were on the train was unexpected and I hadnt viewed it. A WhatsApp would have much more useful.The TV was not accessible. Having done as instructed (and I am computer literate have been a programmer) got message saying WiFi was inaccessible. The bathroom was problematic. The bath was slippery and there e was no nonslip mat. The showered adjustment was not working.

very clean and spacious I was surprised to have tea , coffee n milk provided, very nice touch . would definitely go back as also in walking distance to city centre

"Weekend away in York"

Starting with the very informative welcome message the stay was perfect. Great location for sight seeing in York. The car park across the road was handy. The flat is clean comfortable and perfectly equiped for our stay. Good wifi signal. The tea coffee and milk provided were nice touch.

Only problem we had was the shower water seemed too hot and we struggled to get it cooler but this didn't detract from the stay

We liked the decor...the comfortable beds...the kitchen was clean and tidy. The location was perfect.

The bathroom door did not have a lock on it...it should. The bathroom floor had two steps down from the bath which could cause a serious accident. The wi fi wouldnt come on despite following instructions on the app.
