Hunters lodge is an excellent place to stay in York. It is luxurious, spotlessly clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family. 3 minute walk to the Minster. Would definitely go back.

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. We have stayed in a couple of other apartments in this building before, but this is our new favourite. The flat is so spacious and has everything you could possibly need. We loved having 2 bathrooms and the walk-in shower in the en-suite was perfect for my disabled husband. Especially loved the velux windows - they were fantastic for allowing some air flow on the warm Sunday and Monday.

"Perfect home away from home!"

Wonderful stay in York! Hunter's Retreat is perfect, right in the heart of beautiful York, not far to walk to anything, and yet so peaceful when in the apartment! It was equipped with everything and more that we needed, and there is a Tesco a few steps away for groceries. Perfect!
