"Superb"

Great Location - quiet & secure. Clean & comfortable. Nice goodies left for us to enjoy - which we certainly did. Shower was great. Loved it.

"Wonderful stay in York"

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. The apartment was a 10-minute walk away from the main attractions. The owners correspondence was excellent, including messages on parking and key location . Any query was answered promptly . It was nice to have all the essentials to make a cuppa and how lovely to have a bottle of bubbly 🍾 and cake left for us . Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

Incredible location next to Victoria Bar and the York City Wall. Nice pub up the block and wonderful Indian food is nearby. It is a quiet neighborhood.

The bed. Too short for a tall person and the mattress needs replacement. It is a bit of a climb to the room for old legs but we managed that OK.

"Way overrated on Booking.com"

Gorgeous outside. Close to train station. Owner is very responsive.

Extremely small bathroom. Shower went hot and totally cold off and on while running no other water in the apartment. Some distance from City Centre and the sites. No breakfast while other hotels had lower rates that included breakfast.

Stairs if you have an upper room are a bit tough if you have heavy luggage. But not a big deal.

Perfect location, loved watching people walking York City Walls from our window. Well appointed room, everything we needed. Host was very attentive 😊

Stairs but luckily had a husband to carry the bags 😉

Excellent location. Easy walk along wall to main areas, 10 mins. Nearby hop on hop bus stop. Clean well equipment apartment. Nice touch with wine & cake left. Note need to negotiate steps to top floor to get to apartment. Parking easy with permit arranged by host.

Stairs to apartment with luggage. Not suitable for elderly who have difficulty with steps. Otherwise great value apartment.
