Perfect location for visiting main attractions and centre of York. Very clean, quiet and everything that you would need was provided. Good communication with owner. Parking was conveniently just outside.

Found the settee very small and uncomfortable to spend an evening in as a couple but then we are spoiled at home as we have a settee each when watching TV.
