Location was fantastic and apartment had everything you needed.

Yet again, 2nd time we have stayed here at this time of year and both times the lift has been broken...very disappointed !!!

Clean, comfortable, great view. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to many of the city's attractions.

Lovely spacious, clean and well equipped apartment overlooking the river. Very close to the centre and all amenities. Bed very comfy and quality bedding, very comfortable nights sleep.

Floorboards in the apartment above very creaky!

location was good, appreciated the supply of teas and coffees, milk and roses on the table. Also enjoyed the chocolates. staff was very responsive.

We had impressive experience after checking in this apartment. They prepare almost everything we need, including milk and small snacks. Room is big with amazing riverside view.

They don’t provide shampoo but only soap. It was a little bit hard for us to find the key, especially for a foreigner. But just read instructions deliberately and it will be fine.

The apartment was beautifully located in easy walking distance of the castle, museums, minster, cafes and restaurants. The view across the river from the bedroom was fabulous. The kitchen was really nicely set up with both dishwasher and washing machine, a lovely starter pack of tea/coffee etc, biscuits and fresh milk,. Lovely deep bath, really comfortable bed and good sized tv.

Parking at the Nunnery Car park was expensive and tricky to work out. The lift was out of order which was a nuisance for a senior person like me trying to get suitcases and other bags up the stairs. There were no instructions for the washing machine. Only a drying rack, not the dryer that was advertised.

Lovely clean, modern apartment, lovely views of the river, excellent location. Had everything you could possibly need. Home from home.

Lift was out of order, and apparently has been for some time, humping suitcases up and then back down from the second floor was not great. The shower was good but could do with an extension arm to bring away from the wall to make it easier to get under the water.
